Stay Fresh In Ministry!

One of the things we battle with our staff and volunteers in Children's Ministry is staying fresh, staying spiritually healthy and keeping yourself from getting overwhelmed, discouraged or demotivated. Working with kids can be tiring, frustrating and... let's face it... a little lonely. It's not always obvious that anyone notices your work!

I love to check out www.childrensministry.com and look at the articles, the podcasts and other features. Use them to encourage and inspire yourself.
