Update on ZonePass Reward System


This coming weekend is a ZonePass Store in the Zone! We have made a few improvements to the program since our last store and we just wanted to take a second to catch you up on these adjustments.

New ZONEPASS POINT SCALE - We changed the ZonePass Point scale down from 100 to 1. So it will be easier for the kids to do the math as they save up and redeem points at the ZonePass Store. If a child had a balance of 2600 ZonePass Points, their balance will now reflect 26 ZonePass Points. Of course, the prices of the prizes have also been adjusted!

New LOST ZONEPASS CARDS – We are making a policy that kids will no longer be able to obtain a replacement ZonePass Card in the classrooms. In the event that a child loses or misplaces their ZonePass Card, the child can purchase a replacement card at the ZonePass Store for 5 Points.

New HELP DESK AT THE ZONEPASS STORE – We now have a help desk setup at the ZonePass Stores on both campuses. The purpose of the Help Desk is to handle the “Customer Services” transitions kids might have such as: Looking in the “Card Lost and Found basket for lost ZonePass Cards”, buying a replacement ZonePass Card with Points, questions about ZonePass Point Balances. This Help Desk will help alleviate the pressure on the Prize purchasing kiosks.
